Filtering and removal of artifacts in Biosignals

Procedure to use Web-based System

  1. User can upload the recorded EEG data as a file in European Data Format (EDF) in the web-based virtual lab platform.

  2. User can apply filter (Low pass filter/ High pass filter) range, where the data will be extracted to the selected frequency range and other frequency ranges were eliminated.

  3. Click on “Run ICA” to run the algorithm on the current data with default parameters.

  4. User can visualize the filtered and ICA applied data on the time-series graph. (Fig.3)
